RS Fincher and Co., LLC offers stewardship and administrative support to your community association so that you, as a volunteer, do not become overwhelmed by the responsibilities of carrying out the daily services of operating a community association. Services we provide include:
- Day to day contact for the Association – Owner Support and Communications
- Daily mail recipient
- HOA correspondence composer and mailings, as needed, to complete tasks such as property inspection reminders, collections, annual meetings, social mailings, newsletters, etc.
- Daily receipt of payments and review collections as necessary
- Coordinate and attend meetings with the Board of Directors and membership
- Accounting services
- Property inspections
- Contract Management
- Facilities/Amenities Management (includes clubhouse rentals, pool parties, etc.)
- Assist with obtaining appropriate insurance
- Screening architectural change applications for completion and accurate information
- Assistance with policies, rules, resolutions, etc. (keeping it legal)
- Maintain membership roster, including assistance to new owners
- Interactive website for the community and owners (calendar, document availability, work order submission, architectural requests and more)
- Online payment and easy account management for owners
- Coordinate and oversee work order (common area and/or member units)
- After hours contact with a LIVE person from our office (no answering service)
- Assist with Home Sale Closings (home inspection reports, closing attorney and lender forms)
