Office Condominium Association
RS Fincher and Co., LLC offers stewardship and administrative support to your office condominium association so that you, as a volunteer and business owner, do not become overwhelmed by the daily responsibilities of maintaining the office building and operating the business of the association. Services we provide include:
- Day to day contact for the Association – Owner Support and Communications
- Daily mail recipient
- HOA correspondence composer and mailings, as needed, to complete tasks such as property inspection reminders, collections, annual meetings, social mailings, newsletters, etc.
- Daily receipt of payments and review collections as necessary
- Coordinate and attend meetings with the Board of Directors and membership
- Accounting services

- Facilities/Amenities Management

We are very sincere when we say communication is a high priority for us – all telephone messages and emails are returned within two business days, or less, unless left over the weekend or extenuating circumstances occur. We strive for same day call returns.
Emergency Calls
All emergency calls will be handled by R S Fincher & Co. employees, and not by an answering service – 24 hours a day, every day, including all holidays.
An after hour emergency necessitating a call from the owner to the management company would involve a situation that could not wait until the next business day.
